Làm gì để win khởi động nhanh ?

Theo mình tốt nhất để win khởi động nhanh là tắt bớt startup và tùy chỉnh mấy dịch vụ cho phù hợp. Muốn tắt startup chắc là đơn giản chỉ cần bấm start ->run-> gõ vào msconfig là vào được mục chọn startup, khi đó chỉ cần bỏ chọn những thứ không quan trọng là được, còn khó là mấy cái dịch vụ này nè: (start ->setting ->control panel -> administrator tools ->services):
