Lỗi khi update xong snow leopard ?

Em mới mua đĩa DVD snow leopard từ chính hãng về, khi em update mọi việc rất xuông xẻ, nhưng đến đoạn tự động restart lại thì nó xuất hiện thông báo lỗi =[. Mọi người ai gặp trường hợp này rồi chỉ cho em cách giải quyết với nhé, thank so so much =[
