Win không nhận ổ đĩa quang ?

E dùng laptop của acer giờ nó ko nhận đĩa khi cho đĩa vào nữa, mất luôn ổ đĩa đó, e đã vào BIOS vẫn thấy bình thường,bực quá e cho đĩa win xp vào nhưng khi ấn F8 nó hiện ra thông báo này:

giờ em muốn mọi người giúp em làm thế nào cho máy tính nhận đĩa ngoài hoặc là Fix lỗi trên giúp em.
