Bạn làm thử cách nay coi có được không hen:

bạn vào Start chọn Run gõ DEVMGMT.MSC
nó ra bản Device Manager bạn se thấy Universal ****** Bus controllers.
từ Universal ****** Bus controllers bạn se thấy rất nhiều Root Hub nhấn chuột phải vào một trong các Root Hub đó. chọn Properties sau đó click vào Power Management, bạn bỏ chọn ở dòng chữ Allow the computer to turn off the devices....sau đó tắt Device Manager.

While you're at it, it couldn't hurt to remove any "unknown devices" found in the USB section of Device Manager. You probably ought to uninstall drivers for the device, too.

Reboot, install the drivers again, and see what happens. Worked like a charm for me, which does not mean it will for you.
