* Job Description:
• Building, operating and managing the implementation of the Company's business plan and business policy; ensure the efficiency of business operations in the area under its management
• Researching marketing and promotion programs, serving business activities within the assigned business scope
• Build, implement and manage sales and debts by each type of customer and for each different distribution within the scope of business.
• Implement recruitment and training of employees at the assigned units
• Monitor the business and financial situation in the area, promptly report to the main office
• Managing all employees, exercising full authority with branch staff according to the company's personnel procedures policy.
• Follow the revenue target of the company with the branch, periodically report the implementation.
• Other jobs assigned
* Job requirements:
• Graduated from University of Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
• At least 15 years of business experience, 3 years in the same position or Marketing manager.
• Skills: Financial management, business, personnel.
• Priority: experience within the FMCG business, construction materials, kitchen equipment, electronics, refrigeration, ...
• Preferably candidates can travel regularly
